Tools For Living
We know that Talk Therapy works – that’s why it’s at the core of what we do. But living a radically compassionate life means tending to the whole self – mind, body and soul. Open to both existing patients and members of the community, our Tools for Living programs can complement traditional therapy or be experienced as stand alone activities. We offer a number of ways that allow for you to express and nurture the whole you.
Whether through our movement for trauma groups, our mental health workshops, nature walks, book clubs or journaling groups, we hope you will join us to connect, reflect, and be inspired.
6 Week Online Therapeutic Group For Front-Line Healthcare Providers Impacted By Covid-19 Pandemic
To our colleagues and community;
Compassionate Living NOW is currently seeking referrals for a 6-week online therapeutic group being offered to front line healthcare providers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The group will focus on addressing the psycho-social impacts of being caregivers during this pandemic and offer a safe space to share experiences, develop interpersonal supports and cope with the impact of vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue. Participants will all need to either schedule a full assessment for intake or, if referred by a current mental health provider, complete a brief screen with the group facilitator whose information can be found below. We hope this will be the start of more group offerings through our practice and look forward to working together. The attached flier can be distributed and displayed as you see fit and we request that the referral form be sent via our secure email system directly to the group facilitator.
