Tools For Living

We know that Talk Therapy works – that’s why it’s at the core of what we do. But living a radically compassionate life means tending to the whole self – mind, body and soul. Open to both existing patients and members of the community, our Tools for Living programs can complement traditional therapy or be experienced as stand alone activities. We offer  a number of ways that allow for you to express and nurture the whole you.

Whether through our movement for trauma groups, our mental health workshops, nature walks, book clubs or journaling groups, we hope you will join us to connectreflect, and be inspired.

Psychodrama groups offer a safe space to explore the roles we take in our lives, in our own stories through action techniques and somatic exercises

Who can join?

Adults 18+ able to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks of in person sessions every other Tuesday 6:30-8pm
