FAQs
Seeking help can be difficult.
At Compassionate Living Now, we want your first steps to be as easy and as welcoming as possible.
Initial appointments are 60 minutes in length. Your therapist will gather information regarding your current concerns, as well as your health and personal history. Typically at the end of this session, your therapist will give you some thoughts as to what treatment might look like, how treatment will proceed, and, most importantly, check with you on whether you feel comfortable going forward. Therapeutic work relies on the relationship between patient and provider, and we take this seriously at Compassionate Living Now.
We accept the following insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, IU Health, United and CareSource Marketplace plans. Please note that we are not approved providers of any Medicare or Medicaid plans. It can be helpful to search your provider network before inquiring about services to see if we are in network for your plan. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, efforts will be made to determine your level of coverage. This is not a guarantee of coverage, however, and you are ultimately responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance. We bill your insurance directly and you are responsible for any co-pays at the time of service.
Check, credit, debit and HSA cards are all accepted.
We want you to get the treatment you need, and we understand things happen.
Cancellations due to emergency circumstances or illness do not incur any fee. Non-emergency cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 fee.
To schedule an appointment, we ask for some basic information from you which allows us to match you with the therapist who has the skills to best assist you.
We welcome the opportunity to join you on your unique journey toward health and well-being.
